Trailer(Top Image Position)
The trailer is a short video that can give customers a way to view the product in actual operation, so they can better understand the content of the product. They are displayed at the top of the app's Store overview.
Microsoft Store Trailer Requirements(Video)：
Format:.mp4 or .mov
Size/Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels
3840 x 2160 pixels
Size per image:< 60s
< 2 GB
Note
The video format must be MOV or MP4.
The file size of the trailer cannot exceed 2 GB.
The video resolution must be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The thumbnail must be a PNG file, resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The title cannot exceed 255 characters.
Do not include age ratings in your trailers.
Special Tips:
The trailer should be of high quality and be of minimal length (recommended to be 60 seconds or shorter and less than 2 GB).
Use different thumbnails for each trailer, so customers know they are unique. Thumbnails must be 1920 x 1080 pixels or 3840 x 2160 pixels .png files, i.e., 16:9 superhero illustration images.
Since some Microsoft Store layouts may slightly crop the top and bottom of the trailer, please ensure that key information is displayed in the center of the screen.
Frame rate and resolution should match the source material. For example, content shot in 720p60 should be encoded and uploaded in 720p60.
